After over 20 years of success in the corporate finance, Denise joined Keranova from the beginning in 2016 to manage the financial strategy and development, with a view to establishing Keranova as a recognized player in the cataract surgery.

Before joining Keranova, Denise held several managing positions in different international banking groups, including HSBC.
Then she advised different MedTech companies on strategic and financial transactions, including E-Ophtalmo, PhysioAssist and Carthera.

Denise is very involved in deeptech and is also a member of the board of directors of French Tech St Etienne Lyon.
